Asian Lemon Ginger Dressing


Our Asian Lemon Ginger was created by accident! Trixie was following another recipe for an Asian vinaigrette, got distracted, and started following another recipe.  After half of the ingredients were combined, she realized what she had done, and decided to serve the "botched" dressing to her family.  They all liked the “mistake” even better than the original recipe. 

Our Asian Lemon Ginger dressing is made with fresh garlic, fresh ginger root, and hand squeezed lemon juice.  You may notice some debris in the bottom of the bottle, which is normal- this is the ginger root that has been pureed and is simply not dissolved in the dressing. Suggestions for use of this variety are as marinade for chicken, fish, beef or pork, or in a salad using spinach or romaine lettuce, pea pods, scallions (green onion), hearts of palm, avocado, bacon, candied nuts,  mandarin oranges and crunchy noodles.

This dressing contains soy and gluten.  Please contact us if you would like a gluten free version of the dressing as this can be made for an additional cost.  This dressing is also vegan.

The dressing will separate.  Simply shake it well, and enjoy.  This product has a shelf life of approximately 6 months.  Refrigerate after opening.
